Since its establishment in 1999, CVC Networks has developed technologies digital image/voice processing, encoding and decoding, and data transmission, and specializes in the manufacture and export of digital devices such as MP3/WMA players, digital cameras, PC cameras, voice recorders, and LCD monitors.

The company received a Venture Company Certificate from the Small and Medium Business Administration.

CVC Networks is a privately owned company with registered capital of USD1 million. The company has invested around USD1.2 million in its operations and records annual revenues of around USD7.7 million, approximately 80 percent of which is accounted for by exports to the worldwide market. A total of 15 people, which includes ten engineers and five quality assurance staff, are employed at its headquarters near Seoul.
